Ironman Training Week 4 Summary

Monday: Bike 75 min – tempo ride. Swim 4,000 yards

Tuesday: Bike 60 min at 90 + cadence

Wednesday: Bike 75 min – high cadence ride. Loved seeing that I could hit 105 + for 15 minutes! Strength 70 minutes

Thursday: Bike 90 min – progression ride. I threw in some jump rope and jumping jacks

Friday: Bike 60 min 90 + cadence. Swim 3,400 yards

Saturday: Bike 2 hours + Strength 70 minutes

Sunday: Bike 60 min 90 + cadence. Swim 2,250 yards.

Swim: 9,650 yards

Bike total: 9 hours

Strength: 2.3 hours
