Ironman Training Week 3 Summary

Monday: Bike 60 min at 90 + cadence

Tuesday: Bike 60 min at 90 + cadence

Wednesday: Bike 10 minutes – why? I was completely exhausted, fell asleep, but knew I needed to get my butt on my bike so that I could get 100 days of riding in. #nodaysoff

Thursday: Bike 60 min at 90 + cadence zones 1-2

Friday: Swim 3,550 yards, Bike 90 + cadence, progression ride from HR zone 1-4

Saturday: Bike 2 hours

Sunday: Swim 2,100 yards (500 yard tests), Bike 60 min at 90 + cadence HR zones 1-2

Swim: 5,650 yards

Bike total: 7.6 hours

Strength: 1 hour (ish)
