Monday: Bike Heart Rate Test

Tuesday: Bike 75 min cadence 90 + in HR zones 2-3, Swim 4,400 yards

Wednesday: Bike 60 min cadence 90 + in HR zones 1-2, Strength

Thursday: Swim 3,150 yards, Bike 75 min 90+ cadence progression ride

Friday: 60 min on exercise bike at 90 + cadence and strength

Saturday: 60 min on exercise bike at 90 + cadence

Sunday: 90 min on exercise bike at 85 + cadence

Swim total: 7,550 yards

Bike: 7.5 hours

Strength: 2 hours (ish)
