Monday: 60 minute ride @ 90+ cadence

Tuesday: 4,000 yard swim and 60 minute ride @ 90 + cadence

Wednesday: 60 minute ride @ 90+ cadence (missed strength — too sick)

Thursday: 3,300 yard swim and 90 minute ride @ 90 + cadence

Friday: 60 minute ride @ 90+ cadence and 1 hour lifting

Swim total: 10,100 yards

Bike total: 8.5 hours

Lifting: 1 hour
